At Tassos Metal our quality is held by checking the part at each process (laser, forming, welding, grinding, hardware inserting, powder coating, and packing). All of our employees know how to read a blueprint to some degree and are encouraged to check parts at random to be sure everything is within tolerance.

 

Our engineers will work with your engineers to improve the manufacturability of a part, which helps reduce lead times and overall costs. 

 

If there ever is an issue with a part whether it be a fault of Tassos Metal or a design fault, we can provide you with the quick turnaround time so no deadlines are unmet.
